Adding or Removing Prescriber Notes

Adding a Note to the Prescriber Folder

To add a note:

  1. Open the Prescriber Folder.

  2. Select the Notes tab.

  3. Select Add. A new row appears.

  4. Enter the note in the text box.

  5. Select the appropriate flags, if applicable. For more information, see Note Flags below.

  6. Select Save.

Removing a Note from the Prescriber Folder

To delete a note:

  1. Open the Prescriber Folder.

  2. Select the Notes tab.

  3. Select the note to delete.

  4. Select Delete. The note is removed from the Notes tab.

  5. Select Save.
